I’m A Blob Flogging Blogger.

Inspired by my brother, I am a newbie blogger. In my short time as a blogger, I have begun to understand more and more about the concept. Blogging takes commitment and the ability to share your thoughts. The most important key about a successful blogging experience is to be consistent. In other words, you must make blog entries if you want people to read them. If you click on someone’s blog day after day and find that there are no new entries often you will eventually stop reading their blog. It doesn’t mean that you have to blog each day, but you must keep it updated.

WordPress enables me to track blog views on my site. I can usually tell how many have looked at a blog entry. I can also tell if someone has found my blog due to a Google (or similar) search. To my amazement, I have had several hits from people searching for “pulsating soft spots” and “circumcised penises.”

To have a successful blog, you don’t ned pictures, but I like them because I am such a visual –oriented person. Sometimes a picture speaks louder than words.

One final thought: My spell-check doesn’t know the word “blog,” “blogger,” or “blogging.” So according to my spell check, I am a blob flogging flogger.

  1. I would like to update my blog, but I am currently editing and during the time I am not editing, I am at work. With work, I realized how precious time really is, so I try to use it the best way I can. I have an interesting story that occurred to Sean and I last night involving cops and a hostage crisis.

I’ll keep you updated later on.
