Above: Wolfgang Puck’s Grand Cafe – Orlando
The husband of one of Erin’s business partners is a manager at Wolf Gang Puck’s restaurant in Downtown Disney, Orlando. He offered to buy us dinner – anything on the menu we wanted. The upstairs dining area is reserved for folks who plan to spend a lot on their meal. In other words, this was a very fancy restaurant that we seldom frequent. So we dropped Weston off at his house (his wife volunteered to Weston-sit) and we made our way up to Pucks. The food was delicious and different. My top three favorites were: The Tempura Shrimp (appetizer) – this can’t be described but it was delicious
Caesar Salad Wolfgang’s Caesar dressing with shaved Parmesan cheese – sounds plain, but it was one of the best salads I’ve had.
Carrot Cake. Again, sounds plain, but no. It was divine.
Between the two of us, our meal cost between $150. – $200. We, of course did not have to pay for the meal, but did leave our server a generous tip. We don’t often go to fancy restaurants, but we usually have fun trying new things when we do.
This will be perhaps our last Orlando “out to eat” event for a while since we are moving.

mmmm, that all sounds scrumptulescent. I’ve only eaten fancy when I was on board the cruise ship. The meals were included in the cruise’s price tag so it was a fun and unique experience that I’m sure I won’t be reliving any time soon, haha. Dining fancy is fun….but rare.
I agree, Vincent.
I, too, had Wolfgang Puck tonight…Wolfgang Puck Express that is. It was still very tasty. That’s awesome that you guys got to go to such a nice restaraunt!
