Snacks, OR ELSE!!!

Today I read about a precious little 9 year old girl who threatened to KILL a classmate over the wildly popular zebra cakes that we have all come to enjoy. I for one know that zebra cakes were always a hot commodity in the lunchroom, and if anyone ever tried to steal mine. . .well, lets just say I would not hesitate to “smack for the snack.” Although I must say that I have never considered killing over snacks. I’ve never been pushed that far.

Snack items are serious, not something to be taken lightly. When parents, teachers, and legislatures begin to understand the power of a snack – we will begin to see positive snacking etiquette change among our young – and lives will be saved.

  1. Hey Mr. G! I had some time and I just randomly went through your blog to read different posts, because I saw your blog is turning 3 in a few days. I have enjoyed some of your older posts, I hadn’t read them all because I didn’t know about your blog until two years ago, so that’s a whole year of stuff I missed out on. A whole year of Claytonisms or Guiltnerisms (whichever you prefer). I hope you don’t think I’m creepy for going through your old posts, some of them are very funny, and “classic” Guiltner. Happy Three Year Anniversary on the blog in advance. I hope you are doing well my friend, take care, best wishes from Jen and I.
