Shriveled Fruit

As an alternative to eating candy I have taken up eating dried fruit in the past week.  I started with my 3 favorites:  Dried Bananas, Dried Apricots, and Dried Apples.  I am used to consuming large amounts of candy each week, and the dried fruit will be much healthier for me.  This is not to say that I will cut all candy out of my weekly diet, but it will help.
